The act of painting is important, even more than the end result. Painting changes the artist, like a creek that eventually carves a path out of the limestone underneath the soil. Layers, upon layers of memories, experiences, ideas, and all the other things that make us human.

Photography and drawing are what I use to make myself see the world in front of me. For me, seeing is the most powerful effect of those two disciplines. Still, the images produced are worth sharing.
